We are currently seeking a self-directed individual to fill this hands-on, roll up your sleeves Administrative Assistant position. In this contract role, you'll perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities 
The ExtraHop Networks Administrative Team operates with a level of high energy, resourcefulness, initiative, creativity and a sense of humor.  In addition to the standard administrative support for executives, this team possesses sound professional judgment and maturity in order to represent the executive offices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide complex, diverse, and confidential administrative support to Executive Assistants, Administrative Manager, and Facilities Manager
• Serve as an alternative back-up for front desk operations which include handling telephone, mail, and frequent visitors
• General clerical duties including photocopying, filing, mailing, data entry, and errands
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed
• Assist with catering for internal meetings, company events, lunches, socials and happy hours. Which includes, orders, set-up, refresh for long meetings, and clean-up.
  Meeting room maintenance such as, clean-up, refresh supplies, equipment

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 + years providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously
• Associate degree or relative experience, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Skilled with MS Office, G-Suite or Google Business Apps, phone systems and office equipment
• Interface with clients, vendors, recruits, and colleagues at all levels effectively with a strong sense of professionalism and maturity
• Produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Flexible schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire for constant improvement
