About The Role: 
PitchBook's Administrative Assistant, Product supports senior leaders in our fast-paced, dynamic Product team. This role ensures the Product team stays focused on deliverables and achieving department goals through a variety of administrative support including calendar and schedule management, assisting with ongoing programs and team processes.
The Product team at PitchBook is critical to fueling the company's growth through building and supporting the PitchBook platform. The Product department includes Product Management, Engineering, Design, Program Management and IT.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Product team leaders and programs as needed. Programs include: Monthly Business Updates, department "All Hands" meetings, team events/meetings, expense process and travel arrangements
  • Develop and manage the product department calendar to streamline and prioritize department initiatives and provide more visibility into active/planned initiatives, programs and rhythm of business activities
  • Coordinate ongoing team planning cadence and meetings within internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Analyst Team, Data Operations)
  • Manage budget tracking cadence within the Product team and liaison with Finance as needed
  • Complete and support Product department projects as needed.
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting a senior manager/executive in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven relationship builder with diverse stakeholder groups 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
  • Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
