About the Position:

We are looking for a hard-working and passionate Administrative Assistant to support the Sales team and Sales leadership through a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative activities. This role reports directly to the President but provides additional direct support for the Sales Directors and Sales Managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update a variety of metrics reporting tools on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Work with Sales leadership team to: 
    • Prepare weekly Sales performance/status reports
    • Prepare and deliver monthly Board reporting
    • Organize and execute monthly Sales Kick Off meetings with the entire Sales team
  • Meet with Sales Directors on a regular basis to ensure they are well supported from an administrative perspective
  • Organize and schedule meetings (i.e. Quarterly Business Reviews, Department Offsites, internal meetings, interviews)
  • Calendaring assistance
  • Expense management
  • Book travel arrangements
  • SPIFF (sales incentive) follow up and tracking
  • Mailing as needed
  • Presentation/Powerpoint/Google Slides management 
  • Data entry/Excel sheet management
  • Sales training schedule management
  • Some light Salesforce data work (Account change requests, etc.)
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned


Preferred skills:

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
  • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)
  • Flexible - willing to take on new tasks as required and change processes to best support the sales team 
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal 
  • A great sense of humor coupled with a desire to win
