Administrative Coordinator – Partners Program

Position Summary: Trupanion is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in a full-time position on the Administrative Team for the Trupanion Partners Program. In this role, you will work closely with our Territory Partners (outside Field Representatives), Account Managers and Hospitals to provide a seamless sign-up experience for Hospitals joining the Trupanion Partners Program.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing an elite level of service to our key customers – veterinary hospitals and Territory Partners
  • Reviewing and processing incoming sign-up forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness, following up with Territory Partners/Hospitals as needed
  • Opening cases in CRM for new TPP hospital leads
  • Maintaining sign-up cases to assure information is kept current, collecting updates from Territory Partners and Account Managers as needed
  • Ensuring all accounts display the correct relationship statuses as they move through the TPP sign-up process
  • Coordinating and placing lunch orders for TPP Kick-Offs in hospitals across the US and Canada
  • Data entry and data clean up
  • Managing multiple email queues while maintaining a targeted 48hr service level goal
  • Providing Trupanion Express installation support for hospital employees, IT companies and Territory Partners

 

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and time management skills
  • Organized, hard-working and self-motivated
  • Ability to learn quickly in an ever-changing, fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stress and actively seek solutions
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, CRM, and other internal programs
