We are looking for a stellar Ambassador to join our email-based Player Experience team of 8 . You would be reporting to the Manager, Player Experience , who directly l eads three other Ambassadors . As a n Ambassador for our Diamond Club , you will develop relationships across the organization and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our highest revenue grossing players.
As one of four Ambassadors in DoubleDown Casino's loyalty program, Diamond Club, you will support an exclusive group of players to assist each and every day and share your dazzle and excitement for the game. Additionally, you will be sharing your expertise in other high touch situations the players experience such as connecting with players through app store reviews and escalations. Ambassadors use their skills to drill down on issues and present feedback as an advocate for the voice of the player . In this role, you will work a schedule of Sunday - Thursday .
Hourly Rate for this position is as follows:
- Starting Hourly Ra te Range : $ 18.75 - $ 21.63 with short-term i ncentives
- Full Hourly Rate Range: $ 18.75 - $ 28.84 with short-term i ncentives

Your XP , Badges and Skill Tree
- 1 + years' experience in a customer facing or account management position
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience with GSuite of Products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc )
- Excellent written communication
- Strong reading comprehension
- Curiosity in player behaviors
- Very detail oriented
- Aptitude for understanding complex information
- Interest about how games and systems work
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer and department needs are fulfilled (be a voice for both the team and the player)
Other Superpower s and Abilities
- Experience with ZenDesk or other game-based CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong customer focus orientation, games experience
Your Mission
- Build relationships with a group of DoubleDown Casino's highest revenue generating players as a Diamond Club Ambassador
- Maintains a pulse on new and emerging player facing issues
- Partners cross-departmentally to advocate as the voice of the player
- First to respond on high-touch player communication channels
- Maintain high levels of work efficiency and have a solid understanding of the game and features
- Maintain SLAs and quality scores set by department

On our Player Experience team, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about our games, use a wide variety of tools, and hone your customer service skills! We are researchers, educators, troubleshooters, and problem solvers who are involved in every aspect of the business. As the first line of contact for the Player, we represent the company and the games; as the direct conduit between the Player and the company, we advocate for the Player experience and give a voice to their concerns. You will be empowered to turn negatives into positives as you seek the best solution for our customers, both internal and external.
