About the role:

Icertis is rapidly growing and scaling its global business. We are investing in scaling our sales, customer advocacy, and partner organization to achieve our aggressive growth goals.

 

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will play a critical leadership role at Icertis. You will work closely with the CRO and his team on strategic sales and partner initiatives, as well as collaborate on cross-functional projects that shape the direction of the customer acquisition and revenue functions that will accelerate our growth. You will play a key role in shaping our understanding of the market, and influencing our go-to-market and customer engagement model. In addition, you will be responsible for the business management functions that ensure effectiveness of the Sales and Partner rhythm of the business.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of driving business outcomes through converting strategy into outcomes. With a program management and execution mindset, they will be able to lead initiatives that deliver value in the form of increased revenue or operational efficiencies.

 

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with the executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic objectives, while also rolling up their sleeves to lead programs that achieve these objectives

What you will do:

  • Lead and coordinate operations in sales, customer advocacy and partner teams, and improve processes to run the business efficiently as the organization scales.
  • Manage agendas and execution for recurring team meetings along with action-item follow-ups and resolution tracking.
  • Prep for, setup and conduct Rhythm of Business meetings and own action-item tracking and follow-through to resolution.
  • Partner with CRO to manage the planning process, scorecards and metrics, ensuring coordination with Regional VPs’ as well as annual tracking across the Sales, Customer Advocacy, and Partner organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, senior leaders, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives and the annual planning process for the CRO

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience working in direct strategic analysis support and operations for Enterprise Sales and Marketing.
  • MBA, Consulting or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Enterprise experience and seasoning matter and are an advantage!
  • Demonstrated success in leading and driving change through influence that span sales, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Able to challenge convention and always seeks an improved outcome
  • Experience with sales strategy and planning and using analysis and insight to drive results
  • Executive presence - experience in preparing and delivering executive, board and investor level communications
  • Knowledgeable across all business domains: Sales, Marketing, Customer & Partner operations.
