About the job: 

In under three years, FlyHomes has become the number one buyers-broker in Seattle. We did this by questioning the status quo and partnering with people like you to deliver programs that actively change the way people buy homes. As a Client Advisor, you will be the driving force of this change and responsible for deploying new programs, all with the goal of helping our clients win. You will be forced to think quickly and solve problems for the company and our clients - No two days will be the same. You are the front line of delivering our company vision and with it, changing the real estate industry forever. It will be fun, rewarding and very challenging. Roles & responsibilities:

  • Execute the company vision to change the way people buy homes
  • Introduce new programs to market, all with the goal of helping our clients win
  • Guide and educate clients on every step of the home buying journey
  • Identify and solve problems on behalf of our clients and the company
  • Constantly communicate with clients and proactively answer their questions
  • Uncover new-to-industry ideas and work with leadership to define new programs

Job requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Inquisitive, smart and energetic visionary
  • Unparalleled grit and love for taking on the difficult
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time
  • Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and find the right path forward
  • Can-do, “I got this” mentality
  • Amazing organization and prioritization skills
