DomainTools is actively seeking a Client Services Specialist with lots of energy and adaptability. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is getting back into the workforce or early in their career, and wants to work in technology. The ideal candidate will be able to learn new things quickly, take direction and work independently. The role will be required to wear a wide variety of hats depending on the shifting priorities of the Client Service team. We are seeking a candidate who is organized, analytical, possesses strong interpersonal skills and can juggle multiple projects at once.


Responsibilities

  • Work with various team members maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems 
  • Work with Revenue Intelligence team on a monthly basis for reportable customer metrics
  • Work with Finance team to make sure information flows correctly to our billing system
  • Assist Account Managers with client onboarding, ensuring contract process followed and verifying accuracy across Salesforce and the provisioning system 
  • Track special contract terms established in various contracts to provide Account Managers easy-to-access information for smooth contract renewal process
  • Assist in monthly commission reporting to finance team and VP metric reports
  • Regularly Audit product provisioning systems between internal systems and 3rd party vendors to validate accounts are accurate to contracted terms
  • Send monthly usage report and SLA notifications (as needed) to customers
  • Back up to Sr. Client Services Manager and Marketing Analyst as needed
  • Assist with customer support inquiries in Zendesk
  • Manage and maintain accurate activity tracking for Account Managers
  • Other miscellaneous Client Service projects

Key Requirements

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, analytical, self-motivated
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Previous work experience as a Sales/Marketing Coordinator, Planner or Operations assistant
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce.com and other CRM’s
  • Effective team player across disciplines, share knowledge and experience, recognize opportunities to improve efficiency
