Your Role and Impact

98point6 is looking for a Clinic and Patient Support to support our patients, clinicians, and customers. This individual will have a passion for providing high quality primary care efficiently, objectively, and in a way that combines standard of care with technology innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clinical operations, clinical research, product, and commercial teams to provide comprehensive customer service and support to patients via externally-facing tools and resources
  • Support clinicians with varied follow-up tasks such as prior authorizations, ordering labs, resulting labs, direct patient follow-up regarding care or condition, and identifying needed resources
  • Provide support to our clients and patients on questions regarding general support, benefits, reimbursements, and subscriptionsIdentify and implement a new service platform that will allow for a seamless patient and customer experience
  • Rotating on-call support to on-duty clinicians
  • Develop and scale patient support processes and policies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare administration experience highly preferred
  • Customer service experience highly preferred
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Project/program management experience highly preferred
  • Proven organizational skills with incredible attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
