About the Role:

We are looking for team members with impeccable focus and attention to detail.   We interact with our community of Consumers, Doctors and Healthcare Professionals every day all day!. You will be immersed in a rapidly changing and growing environment and will be expected to contribute suggestions to improve customer happiness and further the company’s success. The Connect Team promotes a strong customer-centered focus, not only to connect customers with their chosen doctors, but to support company initiates, and campaigns. We gather customer feedback and use that rare insight to improve the service we provide as a team and company.

This is a phone role. Our goal is to provide an easy, personal and trusted experience for all our community members.  You can expect to make several calls each day interacting with our most loyal Consumers and Healthcare Professionals.  In this role you will be working from home and will require a quiet workplace away from distractions. 

In this Role you will:

  • Provide exceptional phone, text, and email support to consumers and health care providers in an effective manner via provided tools.  Our customer gets to select their mode of communication and we do everything we can to get back to them fast! 
  • Help guide consumers through various processes and connect them with doctors and medical offices of their choice.  Our goal is to overcome objections and make quality connections. 
  • Continually focus on deepening consumer relationships by providing outstanding support.  We want to make each interaction personal.
  • Provide feedback in order to improve overall customer happiness.  In order to learn and grow, we want to change.  Each person is empowered to share feedback in order to grow personally and increase the overall team's results.

About You:

You are an upbeat team-player with excellent organization and communication skills.  You thrive on being the first line of customer support.  You are patient, can think quickly on your feet, and like to move fast.  You are self motivated and enjoy data to track performance. 

You might be the right fit if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position (i.e. retail, call center, support, sales, or help desk).
  • Ability to tactfully question and actively listen to customer issues and questions.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks, organize effectively and fast! 
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, and honest; works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong personal communication and interpersonal skills through phone, email, and text. 
  • Proficient use of web-based products, especially Google tools and Slack. 
  • Comfortable working with Mac OS and Apple products.
  • Experience with a CRM tool a plus, but not required (Desk.com, ZenDesk or SalesForce)
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus but not required

Not anticipated for this role

Work Environment:

This fully remote role is open to candidates in most states. Working remotely from a primary residence outside the United States is currently not permitted for this role.
