Customer Success Associate

We are building a brand new way for humans to communicate. We’re immersed in the future, building for a spatial computing market that doesn’t yet exist. The challenge is: we can’t just sit in a room and build some future thing, we need to build something now, and deliver day to day value to customers, while making sure that product lines up with our future vision.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our marketing team and help manage the community for our Pluto early access program.
- Customer Account management - Create and update customer accounts using internal systems
- Customer Support - Respond to customer emails and messages with basic support and communication
- Customer Research - Search social networks and communities for potentially qualified customers
- Customer Outreach - Direct communication out with customers, informing them about our product and early access programs
- Interest and enthusiasm for all things spatial computing: VR/AR/MR
- Facility with google sheets and docs
- Strong communication, research and time management skills
- High level of customer empathy
- Attention to detail
