Are you looking for a new challenging customer success opportunity at a fast growing Seattle startup? We’re searching for highly motivated customer success professionals to own a portfolio of existing Socedo clients while helping them with social media marketing campaigns.

Socedo is a cutting edge web platform that allows our clients to fill their sales funnel with automated social media lead generation. With Socedo, B2B marketers can discover prospects, engage these social prospects and qualify them through an automated workflow. Our customer base continues to grow month after month and we are now looking for talented Customer Success Managers to help us scale the business.

In this role, you will need to:

• Meet and exceed monthly implementation goals; contribute to overall renewal and upgrade quota.
• Ensure clients are maximizing the value they are seeing from their Socedo subscription.
• Educate customers on new features and functionality released by Socedo.
• Develop personal and meaningful relationships with Socedo’s clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with customer accounts.
• Work closely with our engineering team to set the product roadmap and ensure the voice of the customer is heard. 

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Implementation or Onboarding Specialist.
• Experience working with Marketing professionals or Marketing organizations a huge plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills via the phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of customers.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and strong desire to grow quickly.
