At Luum we tackle real, big commute problems. As a pioneer in enterprise commute management we engage employees, unify mobility options, and bring about meaningful change. We value individuality, autonomy, and drive (whatever your preferred commute mode may be). We have ambitious goals to expand nationally and this role is essential in realizing that growth.

The Customer Success Coordinator supports a large team at a single Luum customer. This customer uses Luum’s technology to digitally transform its transportation program at a scale that moves hundreds of thousands of employees between work and home every day. Several large projects are always in flight for this customer, and each project has financial, policy, public relations, and customer experience impacts requiring a rigorous approval process with benefits, tax, accounting, PR, legal, and payroll managers. You’ll need a combination of excellent communication, attention to detail, and task management skills to successfully coordinate the customer, third parties, and Luum internal stakeholders.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will:

  • Organize and facilitate internal work, the customer, and third party suppliers through a structured project management system, using Microsoft Office and a suite of SaaS tools
  • Gather input from key corporate stakeholders like Benefits, Payroll, and Tax, and other third party partners to develop and launch new projects
  • Help write, edit, and update project plans, presentations, and reports for business leaders
  • Own core processes for budgeting, invoicing, and business reviews
  • Create high quality notes, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for business line leaders
  • Manage data using pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, reports, and flow charts
  • Track multiple projects, milestones, tasks, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers for a group of stakeholders

We'd love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of project coordination
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and balancing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of tasks while maintaining quality
  • Strong Excel skills

We’re unique in that our software is purpose-built to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. We are still in our nascent growth stages; The ideas you bring up over morning coffee, stand ups, or a Friday afternoon office beverage (spirited or otherwise) could dramatically shape the trajectory of Luum’s success.

The Luum ethos is one of balance that extends to our workplace environment. We have built our team to be reflective of––and carry out––our mission, vision and values. We are committed to growing a team that mirrors the customers we serve, and are intentional about diversity, inclusion, and equity as we scale our company.
