As part of TUNE’s Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships and working closely with our Enterprise accounts. You’ll be an expert on all things TUNE Partner Marketing and swill serve as our clients’ main point of contact to help their performance marketing efforts optimize and grow. You must bring both a strategic and technical mindset to the table, love working with people and have a passion for growing existing accounts, as well as teaching and promoting new features and technologies.

You'll be responsible for...

• Owning a book of business of current clients and serving as a main point of contact for our strategic accounts
• Building deep relationships with clients to establish a consultative approach towards growing and optimizing their business
• Renewing annual contracts and upselling new products to our current clients
• Promoting new features and services by training and empowering clients to adopt those features
• Strategizing with clients for deeper utilization of, and success with, the TUNE Service
• Analyzing future potential, opportunities and growth for our TUNE accounts

What we look for...

• You must have a passion for the online & mobile advertising industry - one of the fastest growing industries on earth
• 3+ years of account management & customer focused experience, utilizing a consultative mindset
• Ideally has experience managing large brands, advertisers and fortune 500 companies.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and business acumen.
• Must feel comfortable engaging with executive leaders.
• Must have experience negotiating win-win contract conditions with clients.
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality - This role requires building a positive relationship with our clients that will support their ongoing loyalty.
• Ability to pick-up, learn, and quickly become knowledgeable in SaaS tech concepts
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
