Who are we looking for?

DefinedCrowd is embarking on leading the next stage of its growth with strategic accounts in the Fortune 500, and we are looking for the best of class Customer Success Managers (CSM). This next stage of growth would entail the CSM role becoming a trusted Advisor to our Customers, bring thought leadership, and drive growth & innovation using ML/AI technologies. The CSM will also have the technical chops to dig into the technical details with the customers as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-6 years' experience as a Technical Consultant, System Analyst, or Engagement Manager in the AI/ML/NLP space;
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills
  • Basic Computer Programming Skills/Experience (either Python, R, Java, or C)
  • Good understanding of DNN models such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), recurrent neural networks (RNN)
  • Good understanding of Math (Linear Algebra, Statistics)
  • Experience navigating complex global business organizations across multiple geographies to develop knowledge and understanding of DefinedCrowd’s customer’s business models to provide maximum value;
  • Proven ability to effectively partner with internal teams throughout all aspects of project delivery lifecycle;
  • Passion for customer facing partnerships, ability to act as an advocate for our strategic accounts.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience working in commercial products & services in Data Analytics/ML/AI 3-5
  • Experience working with customers at the CXO level at Fortune 1000
