Customer Success Manager

What we want you to do:
Develop a full grasp of the Apptio suite of products, including:
- Best practices for deployment and maintenance
- The value proposition and sales messaging
Drive customer enablement plans against the customer’s roadmap to ensure that adoption is mapped to customer’s true needs.
Establish operational discipline with customer to ensure product can support additional processes for long term adoption and utilization.
Represent the voice of the customer cross functionally within Apptio.
Effectively communicate and work alongside the Apptio Account Team to improve customer outcomes and keep customer adoption strong.
Provide customer with overview of the latest product capabilities.
Encourage customers to use the Apptio Community.
Serve as an escalation point and advocate on support cases.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a customer facing relationship role leading multiple clients in portfolio.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous CSM experience
- Willingness to learn a technical product
- Experience with working with a SaaS software.
- High-energy personality and examples of working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of IT Industry and/or Finance.
