Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to client issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and clients
- Support smaller accounts in tandem with account managers
- Liaison between clients and account reps by keeping in contact with up to date information
- Oversees monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales, Customer Success Managers, clients, and Marketing
- Supports Sales in customer retention, satisfaction, increased revenue, and average order size
- Provide other departments and vendors with assistance
- Demonstrate knowledge and provide troubleshooting to clients for internal and third-party applications
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior office experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Ability to work in an open team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an emphasis on Pivot Tables preferred
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- One weekend day required
