Ekata provides businesses with global identity verification solutions via enterprise-scale APIs and web tools to help companies identify legitimate customers, prevent fraudulent transactions, and smooth new customer account creation. The Customer Support Representative on our Ekata team supports the business unit by answering inbound customer questions from all our customers, troubleshooting Tier 1 customer issues, and creating support content to improve customer experience. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service and user engagement to ensure customer retention. 

In the Customer Success Representative role you will:

  • Onboard and configure new customers in our CRM system and payment system, and make sure customer had access to the product and service they purchased
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns via Zendesk
  • Handle Customer inquiries through phone and email to provide customers information about our products and services
  • Develop methodologies and processes for efficiently diagnosing customer reported problems
  • Support all customer engagement, customer marketing or product marketing projects with direct customer impacts
  • Help maintain our customer help center by updating and adding FAQs as we improve and update our products
  • Develop, maintain a knowledge base of the evolving Whitepages Pro products and services 

Our ideal Customer Success Representative will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field
  • 1 year(s) experience of customer support or account management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications
  • Passion about excellent customer service
  • Curiosity in technical product capability and tech-sav
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborative across multiple teams.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking            
  • Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
