As a Customer Support Specialist, you will drive customer satisfaction through providing excellent support to our customers. In order so succeed in this role you should love being the first line of support and troubleshooting system issues. You should love using your analytical skills to investigate, resolve and/or escalate support issues. You should be a technically competent problem solver who demands excellence of themselves and are great at following processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

This position is for a 5:50 AM - 2:20 PM shift

What You’ll Do

 

  • Answer incoming technical support questions by phone and email
  • Perform client training sessions during client implementations
  • Review and update existing documentation and for publication in our help site
  • Create content, such as behavioral health measures, in the Valant EHR
  • Customer account creation and EDI enrollment configuration
  • Track trends and contact drivers in incoming support volume
  • Escalate system-wide issues to product teams and work towards a resolution
  • Collaborate with third-party software providers and business partners
  • Partner with other departments to develop new internal or external support solutions

 

What You’ll Need

Required

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service\technical environment
  • Strong understanding of computer-related issues
  • Ability to resourcefully troubleshoot software related issues
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer programs
  • Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written communication mastery 
  • Excellent attendance. This is not a remote position
  • Ability and flexibility to work a 5:50am-2:20pm Monday – Friday 

 

Preferred

  • Medical Billing or Clearinghouse experience
  • College degree
