Customer Support Technician

We are hiring a Customer Support Technician to help our customers solve their day to day problems. You get the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of highly technical support engineers and be exposed to advanced technical concepts. 

As a Customer Support Technician at Flowroute you will: 

  • Provide front-line customer support to solve client issues
  • Resolve customer’s billing issues
  • Resolve account related issues/changes
  • Resolve basic SIP traffic issues 
  • Assist with Identification verification to prevent fraud
  • Answer customer’s number porting queries 

Our Ideal Customer Support Technician will have: 

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in any industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to computer networking concepts a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Friendly, customer first personality
  • Great time-management and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Curious to learn and comfortable teaching yourself
