The Senior Director/Director, Operations COE will lead a high-performance team that is focused on operational enablement, data gathering and analysis, and process improvement to support internal systems and product fulfillment. Leads a team of data analytics and project management professionals to build end-to-end value stream solutions. This role serves as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team and reports to the COO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end value stream product delivery workflows through the establishment of a value stream team aligned with company business units
  • Support product fulfillment workstreams in Operations, and lead the identification, development, and implementation of improvements.
  • Partner with the product management and development teams to baseline performance and drive ongoing, improvement to internal and third-party products and system solutions
  • Drive and support significant, ongoing process insight through the leveraging of business intelligence tools and the application of analytic principles.
  • Develop and maintain near real-time dashboards for each operations functional leader using BI tools that tie to production goals
  • Create and maintain detailed KPIs for each area of the operations organization that directly relate to overall performance and allow leaders to effectively manage their processes.
  • Ensure that improvement against the KPIs will drive improvement in overall efficiency.
  • Four-year degree in engineering, data science, image systems or equivalent required, ideally with a concentration in IT Systems, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence
  • Certification in machine learning would be highly desired
  • Proven ability to build and manage technical teams
  • Skilled in managing diverse stakeholder groups across the business
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies; certification preferred
  • Experience with lean business concepts
  • Functional understanding of the application and implementation of business intelligence tools
  • Experience in business process mapping
  • Demonstrated ability to align teams with business objectives and goals
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to travel 25%.
