Location: This is a remote position based within the United States and requiring 50% of travel
Your Impact:
The Community Impact team at Axon is directly responsible for finding ways to engage both with our Public Safety customers and the community as a whole to find alignment and areas of opportunity to bridge misalignment across parties. As the Director of Community Coalition, you will be responsible for leading community engagements as well assisting with content development and strategy for our VR / AR products.
Your Day-to-Day
- Manage community engagements across the United States
- Assist in the development of content and strategy for VR / AR training
- Develop processes and documentation for authentic VR experiences
- Partner cross functionally to build and strengthen relationships across internal teams, customers, and the community
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience working within the government sector
- 5+ years training experience within the government sector
- 5+ years successfully managing projects
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship building capability
- Demonstrated impactful and influential training in-person and digitally
- Ability to influence cross-functionally to achieve results
- Experience with Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality (AR / VR) experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Experience working with Axon products
