About this role: The Senior Director, Customer Advocacy - Strategic Accounts is responsible for driving expansion sales from existing accounts for Icertis Contract Management and acts as an extension of the Customer (Microsoft), being a proactive evangelist within Icertis and the Customer (Microsoft) to accomplish defined objectives (adoption/usage, KPIs, product expansion). The ideal candidate is one with sales aptitude, relationship building skills, technical bent of mind and a consultative sales approach who has been associated with the implementation of Enterprise software in a SaaS company. The Senior Director of Customer Advocacy - Strategic Accounts is the lead in the account partnering with Microsoft and identifying new opportunities for expansion and doing business development.

The location for this position will be based in Bellevue/Seattle, WA.

What you will do:

  • Drive more revenue from existing accounts (Microsoft) by upselling and cross selling.
  • Develop and/or expand relationships within customer base.
  • Ensure customer expectations and obligations are fulfilled and Customer (Microsoft) is a net promoter of Icertis.
  • Work closely with internal teams: Professional Services, Engineering, Marketing, etc., to review customer issues, challenges, and success factors.
  • Work closely with Customer (Microsoft) and product management to understand new requirements and upcoming product releases.
  • Understand the needs, requirements and/or pain points of the Customer (Microsoft) and propose potential solutions.
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts (Microsoft).
  • Report to General Manager, Customer Advocacy.

What you will bring:

  • 15+ years of successful enterprise software sales or account management and business development experience.
  • Must have sales aptitude, relationship building skills, technical bent of mind and a consultative sales approach who has been associated with implementation of Enterprise software in a SaaS company.
  • Ability to identify, create and close new sales opportunities and project manage a complex sales cycle through the consistent application of discipline, rigor and strong attention to detail.
  • Must have experience with SaaS product, preferably CLM.
  • Prior sales experience with Microsoft and a deep understanding of Microsoft technology stack, particularly Microsoft Enterprise Applications, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in managing large Fortune 500 engagements.
  • Ability to develop executive level (CxO) relationships and lead strategic initiatives with customer and present Icertis value proposition to C-level executives.
  • Ability to work with partners to drive technical solutions to support Icertis portfolio with Microsoft.
  • Ability to work with product management team to create new solutions to increase revenue stream.
  • Experience in managing enterprise accounts, generating pipeline to grow wallet share at customers, and revenue forecasts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical concentration or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.
