We’re hiring a Director of Retail Operations for our Clinic Team!

If you’re an experienced retail manager who wants to change how people get and give healthcare, keep reading. We’re looking for a Director of Retail Health to drive enterprise performance through the ZOOM+Care District Manager team. As a Director of Retail Health, you’ll oversee all ZOOM+Care clinics, as well as manage assigned department functions, complete department projects, and ensure achievement of department performance metrics. You’ll hire, train, and retain District Managers, and keep your team connected to our promise of delivering what we call Twice. ½. Ten. - Twice the Health. Half the cost. Ten times the delight!

Some Highlights

  • Drive clinic performance through assessments of financial performance, people metrics, and visit observations. 
  • Manage performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for all zones and clinics. 
  • Set the strategy for operating the playbook for ZOOM DailyCare, Specialty and Super. 
  • Be responsible for delivery of  knowledge and behavior to “Emma” our employee, in order to successfully and consistently interact with “Sarah” our customer, in the ZOOM+Care system. 
  • Execute Business Strategy including P & L revenue, Expenses, and GP/GM Margin Targets. Manage budget and ROI for field expenses 
  • Continually plan, assess and evaluate training and organizational development against the delivery system business plans and emergent needs 
  • Determine and plan District Manager monthly offsite agendas and ongoing training and development needs of the team. 
  • Ensure successful interviewing and seamless training for “Emma” our employee, in partnership withTalent Acquisition. Interview and recommend all new hires in partnership with VP of Retail Health 
  • Provide documented performance to the District Manager team monthly with clear improvement objectives.
  • Partner with Practice Lead for Daily Care, Specialty and Super to build strategy supporting medical care. 
  • Manage and evaluate the operational portion of the District Managers duties to ensure flawless execution of ZOOM+ workflows and delivery of the Perfect Visit to every “Sarah.”
  • Partner with the Medical Director to ensure each supervising physician in the enterprise partners with the District Managers to lead company objectives through the clinic teams
  • Collaborate on clinic workflows that support clinic staff and delight “Sarah”

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Previous experience leading a group of at least 100 people. 
  • Previous Multi-Unit retail management experience.
  • Previous 4-wall P&L accountability, 30 million in Revenue.

  • Ability to coach peers for improved results. 
  • Willingness to participate in ZOOM+ related operations outside of office hours
