About the role:
At ServiceNow we believe Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is essential to our growth as a company. Our Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) team is on a journey to embed DIBs in every aspect of our business and culture and create a fair and just system. It is who we are!
You will work across our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team and will be empowered to help execute against our strategy with the management of various programs and tasks focused on operationalizing DIBs at ServiceNow. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable moving quickly, and is passionate about serving and connecting with people and communities.
What you get to do:
Dream, innovate, and make informed recommendations for initiatives that focus on building a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong
Program management work to support our DIBs strategy and goals
Develop change management and strategic communication that drives meaningful engagement in DIBs initiatives and programs
Use data to drive operational excellence and improvement for innovation and scale
Provide administrative support to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team
Calendar & meeting management to coordinate strategic internal and external meetings including staff meetings
Lead budget and expense management
Provide onboarding support for new vendors and agencies when needed, ensuring they have the right access and documents/enablement required to get them up and running
Travel up to 5-10% as needed
Qualifications
About you:
2+ years' experience with Diversity & Inclusion and 3+ years in Administrative, Project Management or Operations related disciplines
Experience with program management and keen project management skills
Able to multi-task and juggle multiple requests and priorities
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a focus on high-quality execution
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a desire to offer suggestions and improvements
High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgement
Strong personal accountability to deliver to plan
Curious self-starter with a growth mindset and strong desire to learn and grow
It’s Great, But Not Required If You Have:
Experience running global, cross-functional initiatives
Experience working in fast paced, high- growth environment
Strong data analysis skills
Event planning experience
