Why You Will Make an Impact:

With the mission to create an unmatched E-Commerce experience, the team is looking for a passionate Operations Specialist to help us develop scalable operational solutions to support our web/app store. As the complexity of the DTC channel increases, we are adding members with strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally in order to efficiently align priorities and goals. In addition to strong interpersonal skills, the eCommerce team is looking for analytically-oriented members to help us stay at the forefront of making data-driven business decisions. We are a small, yet very efficient, driven, and collaborative team, so we are looking for someone who shares our values and company culture of making smart technology accessible for all by asking “how can we create value for our customer?”. If you are looking to push the boundaries of eCommerce and work at a great company where every day presents new captivating challenges, then this is the position for you!

A Look Inside the Role:

• Day-to-day monitoring and communication with the support team to ensure daily operations are running smoothly (new product SKU management and daily site maintenance) 
• Review inventory replenishment level and allocation strategy to meet E-Commerce team performance target 
• Review KPIs with fulfillment partners and carriers to meet shipping commitment and standard 
• Work directly with Sr. Operations Manager to execute E-Commerce initiatives and grow Wyze E-Commerce operational capability 
• Manage third-party relationships and workload, such as shipping vendors, payment/fraud vendors, and other integrations
• Use web analytics, customer insights, industry trends, and customer service feedback to inform future iterations of the .com experience
• Collaborate with the team to optimize online merchandising opportunities

You Already Have These Qualifications and Love What You Do:

• Start with “why?”, ask “what if?” 
• Passionate about the entire E-Commerce journey
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLook up, Pivot Table)
• A team player with experience building cross-functional relationships grounded in deep levels of trust 
• A highly effective communicator, who is able to connect with team members at every level of the company
• Self-starter and motivator
• Ambitious and business-minded

And Even Better if the Following Applies to You:

• Experience with Shopify
• Google Analytics or similar experience
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, MS Power BI etc.)
