In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a dynamic and enthusiastic team while identifying opportunities and driving growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop your team
  • Identify trends in business metrics along with opportunities for growth
  • Mitigate any potential risks
  • Manage client performance issues and escalations
  • Work on projects and initiatives that will fuel growth
  • Set and implement strategy
  • Improve and create processes with scalability in mind

What you’ve done:

  • Successfully built, led, and developed teams
  • Worked with Seller Central – functional background or general Amazon experience
  • Prioritized and synthesized data
  • Gained experience with both strategic and tactical approaches – knowing when to use each
  • Developed some P&L background

  • Ability and interest in thriving in a fast-paced, startup like environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analysis/reporting skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate yourself and others
  • Open mind to explore different solutions and ideas presented by others
  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
