eCommerce Senior Partner Success Manager
Ideoclick is a Seattle based company, founded by former Amazonians, offering a suite of services to empower brands to successfully drive their eCommerce business. We provide strategic advisory and business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, content creation and optimization, catalog management, inventory management, and reporting data and software for our diverse set of clients.
Our high-quality, global customer base includes businesses such as Clorox, Kellogg’s, Unilever, CVS and many other top brands and retailers. We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating true ownership in managing relationships with our channel partners while leading and developing a small team of Partner Success Managers and Marketers.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent partner satisfaction through the management of day-to-day partner relationships in pursuit of growing their client’s Amazon business
- Strategize, understand and capitalize on Ideoclick’s partner opportunities
- Directly manage and develop a small team
- Coach and educate partners on key business drivers and inputs with a heavy emphasis on deploying a winning Amazon strategy on behalf of the partner’s clients
- Jointly develop and deliver growth plans to the partner’s clients
- Deliver partner sales and services training sessions
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with partners
What you’ve done:
- Spent 5+ years working in a client facing role – agency experience preferred
- Gained experience and knowledge working with Amazon in some capacity (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Marketing)
- Used data to drive decisions – conducted analysis within Excel and other reporting tools
- Managed and developed a team
- Ruthlessly prioritized competing deliverables in a dynamic environment
