• Lead the design of and thinking behind sets of shared tools such as data dashboards, interactive databases, and visualizations for use in making data-driven decisions and informing ideas and questions around our national education programs.

As our ideal candidate, you have a strong drive to make systems and processes more efficient and streamlined, and you believe that shared knowledge and effective use of data can amplify and strengthen successful teams. You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment with teammates who are located remotely throughout the country. You also have a passion for creating opportunities for students and value our mission to expand access to computer science in schools and increasing participation by young women and students from other underrepresented groups.

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communications skills with both technical and non-technical audiences to fully understand the experiences of our students, teachers, facilitators, and regional partners resulting in significantly deeper learning and impact.

• Experience using and understanding of ways to leverage data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to inform decisions
