Primary responsibilities:
- Respond to client issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and clients
- Support smaller accounts in an account manager capacity
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior office experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an emphasis on Pivot Tables preferred
