The Entry Level Operations role is responsible for assuring the accurate and timely processing of all measurement orders to meet our customers' expectations and assigned SLAs. In addition, this individual is expected to learn and be adequate with the major functions in the Production department.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Interpret multiple resources to diagnose and troubleshoot systematic errors
• Manage efficient movement of thousands of reports across multiple sets from end to end
• Communicate across multiple teams to facilitate various tasks
• Analyze aerial imagery with accuracy to process and classify images for report deliverables
• Use internal proprietary software to deliver reports with the highest quality based on evolving policies and processes
• Process drone imagery with high quality based on set policies
• Report and track technical bugs and system issues
• Other various duties as assign

• Strong technical communication skills
• Extremely experienced with computers and Microsoft Office
• Highly accurate and proficient data entry experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
