Executive Assistant - People Program Logistics
The Role
Outreach is a Seattle-based market leader in the sales engagement space with a $1.1B valuation, 350%+ growth in recurring revenue, and technology that is years ahead of the competition. We are searching for an exceptional executive assistant to be a partner to our passionate EVP of Product and Engineering as we drive through hyper-growth. Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Proactively manage daily calendars and executive travel - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
- Communicate directly and on behalf of the CPO to both internal and external VIP stakeholders, including customers and executive staff
- Orchestrate meetings, events, and activities into a People leadership team rhythm that aligns with the CPOs most critical business priorities
- Execute special projects, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates
- Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EA's and executive staff
- Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through
- Orchestrate and manage training sessions, and people experience program schedules
- Partner with People leadership in developing and procuring people rewards, recognition programs, and events (including support for our Employee Resource Groups)
- Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
- 5+ years supporting executive-level leadership
- 3+ years of EA experience in a high-growth start-up environment
- Proven problem-solving ability in highly collaborative environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes while handling confidential and sensitive situations with discretion and grace
- Superior organizational aptitude and detail orientation
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to anticipate needs, exceptional follow-through
- Proficiency in productivity tech stack to include MS Office, G-Suite, teleconferencing applications, and expense management
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
