The Role

We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and detail oriented Executive Assistant for our Go-to-Market leaders. You will have several years experience supporting C-level executives with solid project management skills and adapt to changing priorities. You will be responsible for extensive calendar and travel management, as well as the creation of high level presentations and business correspondences. You are someone who makes it a point to know the business, what the executives' priorities are, and to always represent the executives as well as the organization in the absolute best professional light.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Handle complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues
  • Take on ad hoc projects and drive toward completion, anticipate needs and take initiative to support executives and their team needs
  • Arrange travel and meeting logistics, including flights, lodging, and coordinate onsite and offsite details; prepare information and meeting resources
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate team members
  • Organize, classify, review and submit expenses for GTM executives; ensure expense reports for executive and the team comply with company policies
  • Plan department meetings and events including site selection, contract negotiation, event logistics, and on-site event support
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Outstanding planning & organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company
  • Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple-step procedures and handle frequent interruptions in work flow
  • Proven competency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • You thrive on advancing your skills and knowledge and have done your share of self-learning
  • Ability to work outside of normal office hours, as required
  • 7+ years relevant work experience supporting at the SVP or VP level in a complex and dynamic environment
