Executive Assistant to VP of EngineeringCompany Description
At Qualtrics, our mission is to close experience gaps—the costly differences between what customers and employees expect, and what they’re receiving. 10,000+ organizations worldwide and more than 80% of the Fortune 100 rely on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform to collect, analyze, and act on feedback—more feedback than they ever thought possible. With Qualtrics XM, organizations can manage the four core experiences of business—customer, employee, product, and brand experience. Organizations can be at every meaningful touchpoint, for every experience, and predict what will resonate.
Expectations for Success
Qualtrics is looking for an energetic individual to support our VP of Engineering. In this role, you will not only help with administrative tasks, but you will be a true business partner focusing on objectives and strategy, project planning, internal team communications, and external customer meetings. An ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-starter, incredibly organized, inventive and efficient. You will see the company objectives at a high level and be able to point the executives and their teams in a direction that helps move the needle towards those goals.
