The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for our Seattle headquarters. If you are someone who loves keeping your life and others’ organized and you enjoy being the person that people rely on to problem solve, this could be the role for you. This role will support our CEO, while being the face of Knock in the office; you will also help with other tasks as it pertains to scheduling and keeping the office running efficiently.


You will provide direct support to our CEO: handling their inbox, calendar, and travel. You will also greet our guests, coordinate vendors, and stay proactive when you see an opportunity to help.


The Team

The People Operations team includes Recruiting, HR, IT and Office/Facilities Management. Our goals are around making employees and potential employees' lives easier. We are a small, but efficient team, and take pride in the customer experience we give to each individual.

Day to Day

  • Handle daily calendars, coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Manage email communicating directly on behalf of the CEO to both internal and external partners
  • Review internal and external communications
  • Meeting preparation, including agendas and presentations
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Greet visitors in the office
  • Help keep the office tidy
  • Coordinate vendors, couriers, and facilities
  • Admin support to other functions of the organization as needed, when available

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Ability to work in our Ballard office most days
  • You’re tech savvy- we use Mac, G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, and more
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, you were the go to person in previous roles and you’d be described as intuitive
  • Flexibility to work outside of business hours occasional
