What we want you to do: (This section talks about the role and duties of the job)

You will play an active role in the day-to-day running of Facilities, including (but not limited to): monitoring and responding to the Bellevue facilities inbox and request form submissions; vendor communications and scheduling work to be performed; ordering snacks for our five kitchens; mailroom duties; work with HR on new hires and terminations; maintain conference rooms, including daily calendar posting, supplies & general tidiness; ordering a stocking supply rooms on five floors.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least three years’ experience in facilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Visio, and SmartSheet
  • This position has a physical component; you are able to lift 25 pounds, push/ pull heavy carts, crouch under desks, clean counters, etc.
  • Able to work on Saturdays upon occasion

  • Ability to juggle multiple and ever-changing priorities
  • Have an attitude of pride in your work, ownership of each process you touch, and grace in areas you cannot change
  • Able to handle your time effectively
  • Handle tasks from beginning to end, while maintaining communication to partners throughout the process
  • Apply discretion when faced with demanding situations
