Trupanion is seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Facilities/Front Desk Coordinator to join the Facilities Team at our Seattle Headquarter location! While prioritizing and assigning our work orders to the team, you will greet team members, visitors, and guests arriving at the Seattle Office. Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit strong communication skills, are extremely organized, deliver excellent customer service, and are shown self-starters.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviews all incoming facilities tickets/requests, seeks more information if needed, and assigns to Facilities Associate for completion
  • Prioritizes urgent requests and marks them in the system for visibility
  • Coordinates various pick-ups and drop-offs at the office as needed
  • Issues access badges to new hires and loaner badges with appropriate access as needed
  • Handles access badge activation and deactivation requests
  • Completes office supply and equipment orders
  • Coordinates service calls with vendors
  • Greeting visitors/guests when they arrive at the office
  • Drive and Operate company vehicles as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Registration & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance or insurability
  • Clean driving record for the last 5 years

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Customer service oriented with a “you got it” approach
  • Experience with work ticketing system required
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors and visitors to facility, working harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
  • Appropriately prioritizes work based on impact, time, and resources
