Position Summary

Swiftly is a growing organization and is looking for the right person to fill a unique role that will work directly with our founders or leadership team to assist them with key business growth initiatives. This successful candidate will be able to see what it takes to grow a successful startup from the inside-out by working in the day-to-day business and having a hand in the execution of key projects. 

Responsibilities Include

  • Work directly with our founders or leadership team to assist in the growth of the company 
  • Design and execute on collateral (ie presentations, slide decks, documentation etc.) for investors and fund raising opportunities 
  • Conduct customer development conversations 
  • Carry out market and industry research
  • Collaborate closely across multiple functions (ie product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships
  • Assist in building and launching new products 
  • Design go-to-market strategies
  • Establish key business opportunities 
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working as a management/strategy consultant or in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a zeal for startups and understanding what it takes to grow one
  • Self-starter mentality that prioritizes urgency and independent thinking in the execution of role responsibilities
  • Ability to work with ambiguity without letting timeliness of project completion be affected
  • Belief in ownership of responsibilities with the ability to execute on follow-through to complete multiple projects
  • Curiosity to learn new things 
  • Desire to go above and beyond
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to adapt to a changing environment with the ability to quickly pick up new skills if required to get the job done
