Role Description: 

Reporting into the VP, Expert Engineering, this role will own driving and enhancing our enablement system that spans sales, operations, conversational design, and bot building. The Global Head of Sales Enablement will work with SMEs across the company and manage a team to deliver against shared goals. The Expert Engineering department reports directly into the Founder/CEO and brings a bias towards action, relentless improvement, and human centered design approach to work.

In this role you will:

  • Lead driving and enhancing our Enablement system working closely with Sales Executives, Product Owners, Product Marketers, and internal data science teams 
  • Own and facilitate our virtual sales kick start and provide coaching to our sales reps as needed
  • Plan and Program Manage the annual All Field Kickoff (yes, virtually next year)
  • Create feedback loops to assess needs and close gaps
  • Automate processes and repetitive work 
  • Manage a team of 3 to 4 to hit collective goals

Your qualifications are: 

  • High EQ and coaching mentality
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience. Unconventional backgrounds are appreciated.
  • Managed a high performing and scrappy team that works as a unit and has some fun in the process
  • Successfully carried a quota or routinely won new business
  • Have successfully run an annual sales/field kickoff
