Outreach is Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and we have offices in San Francisco, CA, New York, Tampa, FL, London, and Prague. 

This role will sit in our Seattle office and we are currently not offering a remote option for this position.

The Head of Business Applications will be responsible for leading the integration and proper implementation of systems across HR and finance in order to drive scalability, ensure data integrity, and minimize manual processes. This role will be responsible for understanding the business objectives and collaborating with business users to implement/integrate business applications.

Your Daily Adventures will Include:

  • Integrate and administer current systems: Lever, ADP, NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce and Anaplan and lead implementation of any incremental systems 
  • Translate business priorities into robust IT Systems and Architecture requirements.
  • Advise on current usage and implementation and areas underutilized; guide the functional teams in best practices.
  • Project management, including obtaining and documenting business requirements, design and sign off of systems architecture and leading development of both internal and external resources
  • Design and implement IT internal controls in accordance with SOX and industry best practices 
  • Ensure services are delivered within security and compliance standards. 
  • Develop and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with key business leaders to ensure ongoing and constant communication in understanding business updates and to provide revenue recognition compliant solutions for new initiatives.
  • Obtain development requirements and document all business requirements and document change orders and approvals for systems modifications 
  • Mentor and develop team, including setting regular goals and objectives and measuring performance against such goals

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business applications including robust experience in Salesforce, NetSuite and Zuora
  • General working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Order to Cash and Procurement to Pay 
  • Developer experience with at least one of the aforementioned systems preferred
  • Systems certification and public company IT/Business Applications preferred 
  • Strong business mindset, functional and tech knowledge in the Business Process and Architecture related to Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and Product Management.
