Valant Implementation Managers lead customers from point of sale to successful use of Valant software. As an Implementation Manager, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the business challenges our customers face. Your expertise in Valant’s EHR solution, combined with amazing leadership, project management, communication, and consultative skills will be key in building the critical, early foundation of long-term subscription relationships. What You’ll Do

  • Successfully monitor and manage each stage of the implementation lifecycle for behavioral health practices.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level of industry, product, and Valant implementation methodology expertise.
  • Work directly with client project teams to ensure clear communications, and efficient delivery of work product between Valant and clients.
  • Proactively lead the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with Valant teams to ensure efficient coordination of all implementation activities and deliverables for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Apply strategic thinking to successfully set client expectations regarding the Valant implementation process, product features and best practices, and keys to long-term success.
  • Collaborate with Executive client leadership, key stakeholders and process owners to identify feature requirements, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Facilitate and lead client kickoff meetings, requirements analysis, training and go-live support as needed.
  • Provide escalated issue analysis and resolution for high value Customers.
  • Develop product subject matter expertise, and maintain an in-depth understanding of workflows, forms and reporting tools and components, as well as the business process and technology needs of the healthcare providers we serve.
  • Deliver customer webinars on software functionality and best practices.

What You’ll Need
Required

  • 1+ years project management and/or implementation experience with one or more enterprise SaaS solutions (Healthcare/EHR domain a plus).
  • Dynamic personality and exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and continually manage client expectations at the C-level throughout the implementation life cycle.
  • A positive, proactive mindset combined with excellent prioritization and task management skills; you can successfully manage multiple (20 to 40), high-value, strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Capability as credible and effective Customer advisor/coach, especially in context of change management (cultural, business and technical); capability as a credible partner to internal Product and Engineering teams, as well as other decision-makers.
  • Excellent situational awareness - must be comfortable in dynamic customer environments and enthusiastically present our company.
  • Proven effectiveness at presenting, leading and facilitating meetings and workshops.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Healthcare and/or EHR experience
  • Experience in data analysis and spreadsheets
