Why You Will Make an Impact:

Wyze has gone through some tremendous growth over the last year. By providing front-line support to our colleagues, you’ll help keep us online and productive and able to continue that growth. You will be responsible for delivering, setting up, configuring and addressing issues with end-user desktops, laptops and accessories as well as software and printers as needed. You will also be responsible for onboarding employees, including provisioning accounts and handling access to critical systems and SaaS applications.

A Look Inside the Role:

• Onboard new employees, including setting up and delivering their laptop and provisioning accounts
• Prioritize and respond to support requests
• Provide access to a variety of SaaS applications to employees, as needed
• Track asset inventory
• Documentation of IT processes and policies
• Work collaboratively with the People Team and Sr. IT Manager to improve the employee onboarding process

You Already Have These Qualifications and Love What You Do:

• 4+ years of of IT experience
• BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
• Detailed knowledge of both MacOS and Windows operating systems
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Groups
• Experience using a ticketing system
• Ability to optimize your workload to complete required projects on time
• A general knowledge of computer and network security concepts

And Even Better if the Following Applies to You:

• Familiarity with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution
• Familiarity with an SSO/SaaS management tool, such as JumpCloud or Okta
• General experience solving networking issues
