We are looking for capable, motivated IT Systems Specialist to take over all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our IT systems for our Kirkland office. We run a fast paced but casual office in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an IT staff member on our team, you will wear lots of hats and gain plenty of valuable experience.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Organize and take responsibility for all local IT services & operations
• Cover different IT projects (including services integration/migration), be part of InfoSec team.
• Organize equipment leasing / asset lifecycle / hardware support.
• Get deeper overview of “Dev9/Nortal IT & services” and share that knowledge
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Manage the configuration and operation of all Dev9/Nortal employee-based computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Respond and resolve IT tickets
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administer infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, malware protection software and other processes
• Review application logs
• Install and test computer-related equipment/provision and wipe computer hardware
• Manage physical office/access security system
• Manage information assets and equipment database and asset ownership.
• Create IT policies/procedures as needed in compliance with ISO requirements
• Manage all related systems access (software, email, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in system administration
• Associate or higher degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in network connectivity and security technology
• JAMF experience is highly desired
• Knowledge about various malware and protection systems
• Prior experience working extensively with Office 365 application and license management
• Experienced with a variety of office applications including conference tools
