As an integral part of the learning & development team, the L&D Trainer, Client Advisor will be responsible for facilitating and delivering training sessions within the client advisor team. In addition to this, a successful trainer will also be responsible for partnering with internal teams to create and regularly update the training content both virtually and on online learning platforms.

What You’ll Do 

  • This position is required to facilitate and conduct training sessions for the new hires within the CA/CES team with a focus on the new hires and serve as the main point of contact for new hires for any training needs within the CA/CES organization throughout their 90 day onboarding period.
  • Ensure a standard execution of onboarding and proficiency programs within the CA team across locations
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to create and build custom, role-based training programs and courses 
  • Constantly seeking ways to improve the CA/CES training process and make the Flyhomes CA/CES team the best in the industry.
  • Deliver pre and post learning assessments to measure new hire proficiency, in the form of evaluation forms, surveys, feedback questionnaires 
  • Create a training calendar and track attendance and course completion. Provide regular progress updates to the leads
  • Supervising and monitoring new hire progress to help them ramp up in their roles faster 
  • Drive continuous improvement of the CA/ CES training program
  • You will be required to close 1 deal per quarter to keep abreast of the changes in the real estate industry and model best practices to coach the team on client etiquette and other home buying related activities.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of various home buying programs and company products to provide the team with most suitable and up to date hands-on training experience. 
  • Keep up to date on Real estate market trends in the markets you operate

What You’ll Bring 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong coaching and teaching skills
  • Education and/or training background preferred
  • Real estate license mandatory


Basic Qualifications

  • Real Estate License and experience in real estate market with a few closed deals
  • Experience in facilitating and implementing training modules and tools
  • Experience in delivering a blended learning environment including: eLearning, virtual training and distance learning methods, classroom/instructor-led training, and on-the-job training/mentoring
  • Basic MS Office Skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Organizational Development & Effectiveness, Education or related field 
  • Experience in program/ project management
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Mandarin preferred)
