Role Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Executive Development, this role will be responsible for the operations of our employee, leadership, executive, and team development programs. This includes ownership of all vendor relationship management across the L&D team, L&OD team budget tracking and management, executive development program operations, and program coordination for employee development and core leadership development. This role will work closely with others across L&OD team and the organization including team leads, HRBPs, HR Operations, Finance, Events, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless project/program management, organization, and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Be worthy of trust: Demonstrate unwavering discretion and integrity by protecting the highly sensitive information you may access or encounter as part of your everyday work activities. 
  • Vendor management: Manage the relationship between the L&OD team and our external vendors to maintain relationships and stay apprised of the latest offerings; partner with the L&OD budget owners for planning and budget utilization. Own the entire vendor contracting lifecycle with executive, leadership, and employee development vendors. Partner with internal procurement team to align with best practices and negotiate vendor rates.
  • Budget management: Own day-to-day budget tracking, management, and reconciliation, including tracking expected and actual line items against quarterly budget allocations in preparation for budget review meetings.
  • Communications: Prepare and distribute internal communications for leadership, executive, and employee development programs, including program announcement emails, registration confirmation emails, and virtual event calendar invitations. Prepare standard slide decks for Coach Forum meetings and other regular L&OD update meetings.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate, real-time records for all budgeting, contracting, coordination, and project management activities. Ensure team records remain organized and easily navigable. Create and follow standard process for updating executive coaching records in Coaching.com.
  • Project management: As directed, drive accountability across the L&OD team by managing project timelines, deliverables, bandwidth, and dependencies. Help the team stay focused and aware of active cross-team activities.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Both proactively and as requested gather program evaluation data, analyze collected data, and present aggregate findings and themes to the L&OD team. Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations for improving L&OD programs. Generate and distribute executive coaching reports for HRBP teams.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in learning and development, project/program management, learning operations, and/or coordination
  • You are an expert in office technology like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other tools required to do your job effectively and efficiently
  • You are passionate about L&D, leadership development, culture, and enabling others to do their best work
  • You are a creative and innovative thinker and able to generate ideas and impactful outcomes
  • You have exceptional project management skills and possess both operational rigor and a detail orientation
  • You have fantastic relationship-building skills to help connect with new employees and also work collaboratively with partners across the organization
  • You possess a “can-do attitude” and a problem-solving orientation
  • You have excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; you are able to package and present complex analysis and recommendations clearly
  • You utilize qualitative and quantitative data in order to inform and improve your programs
  • You are agile, fearless, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
