About the job:

As a Loan Processor, you will work closely with our clients and client facing team members to ensure the client’s loan experience is seamless. You will work with clients at the application state, and follow their journey through the funding process, playing a key role in their buying experience. You will develop strong relationships with our client’s and help them to become lifelong partners of FlyHomes Mortgage. Our goal at FlyHomes Mortgage is not just to provide the best customer service, but to transform our part the home buying process.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Provide best in class customer service at every interaction
• Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State laws and banking regulations
• Securely verify our Client’s personal & financial information, and ensure proper and timely communication
• Flawlessly manage loan pipeline through all stages in the process
• Confirm timely delivery of documents and requirements to ensure loan closes as expected
• Field various levels of inbound and outbound loan-related emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
• Responsible for the overall customer interaction and liaise with all parties involved on a loan from application to closing.
• Educate, guide, & counsel potential home buyers; take complete and accurate applications; obtain necessary support documents along with the appropriate fees and lock-in information; oversee the loan status to all interested parties; and obtain loan documentation after closing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert regarding FlyHomes Mortgage policies, procedures, promotions & technology

Job requirements:

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience, or relatable industry field
• Working knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/loans/clients at a time
• Amazing people skills
• Technically savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and needs
• Impeccable attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
