We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a Manager, Pulse Compliance to manage a team, provide guidance, helping clients achieve their operational goals in Amazon Vendor Central and improving efficiency related to compliance.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of Account Managers responsible for delivering excellent client service through management of day-to-day client relationships, communication and project schedules
  • Proactively and autonomously develop, present, and execute strategic improvement plans with clients including supply chain, operations, and transportation
  • Possess a clear understanding and command of client metrics related to inventory, operations, supply chain, and shipping processes
  • Coach and educate clients on key business drivers and inputs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional groups on execution
  • Identify and recommend internal process improvements
  • Clearly and confidently present operations insights and strategy to C-level audiences

What you’ve done:

  • Managed a team of at 3+ people for at least 2+ years
  • Spent 5+ years in client or account management, consulting, business management, inventory planning or operations – prior experience working with or at Amazon - specifically in Amazon's Vendor Central platform
  • Excelled at building relationships, both cross-functionally internally and externally
  • Successfully owned client relationships, inputs, and results
  • Utilized data to drive business decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A deep curiosity about how things work and passion to improve inefficient processes
  • Expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong ability to creatively solve tough problems – you think outside the box
  • Experience improving process and developing metrics to monitor performance 
  • Open mind to explore different solutions and ideas presented by others
  • Great time management skills – you can effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
