Job Description

The Role:

PayScale's Customer Success org is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed people manager to lead its Professional Services division. This team of highly consultative Compensation Professionals are responsible for partnering directly with customers in order to help them realize the full value of our data, software, and services - including the delivery of compensation structures, strategies, and industry best-practice recommendations. In this role, you will:

  • Up-level the team by continuously assessing opportunities to improve team performance and customer happiness; developing new services, training and incentivizing the team, and ensuring customer growth.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Implementation, Sales, and Customer Success Management; assisting with selling services to customers and ensuring smooth and successful handoffs between departments.
  • Develop a keen understanding of capacity planning and project/resource forecasting.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience leading customer-facing teams
