An Insider's view of Flexe

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

The work-life balance at Flexe has been excellent. We have employees from all over the U.S., and people are very respectful and mindful of everyone's working hours, by keeping meetings between 10AM-3PM PST. The Engineering division even has a no-meetings Thursday policy that gives us at least one day a week to completely focus on our dev work.

Akshaya Kumar

Software Development Engineer II

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

From my first day here, I told my manager that my goal was to become an HRBP. She quickly set up recurring meetings with the HRBP's and now I am set up with my own HRBP who I get to assist and get hands-on learning of what everyday life looks like. This is something I value greatly here at Flexe because I feel like Flexe is investing in my future.
