Our Delivery team is committed to building and supporting the Interview Engineering community at Karat. As one of the most central teams in the organization, we have a direct impact on not only the bottom line of business but also on the evolution of the recruiting industry.

What you will do

As a Marketplace Operations Manager at Karat, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence within the Interview Engineering realm. You will be responsible for identifying process and data gaps, as well as developing and implementing improvements that allows the Interview Engineering marketplace to scale.

Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are open to remote candidates for this role (within the U.S.). Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in business decision-making
  • Present models, findings and insights to senior management to help set strategy 
  • Collaborate with other teams including marketing, product and content to ensure that insights inform broader critical initiatives
  • Bring visibility and accountability around goals and clearly signal when off-track
  • Design and run experimental programs to accelerate learnings
  • Ensure operational efficiency in our marketplace and invest in building a strong foundation for scale
  • Create additional systems, tools, and processes that allow us to deliver high-quality technical interviews at scale.

The experience you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related subject area
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Data-first problem solver with excellent spreadsheet / data analysis skills
  • You are metric-focused, capable of setting metrics and monitoring progress against team objectives
  • The ability to influence without authority. You should be able to succinctly, confidently and articulately defend and challenge positions in both verbal and written communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • You are a team player and are resilient in the face of challenges, ambiguity, and change
